a) Wonderpay may, in its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, temporarily suspend or restrict the Merchant’s access to the Wonderpay Services (including API access)
if:
Wonderpay reasonably suspects fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful transactions;
required by regulatory, law enforcement or court orders;
the Merchant fails to provide valid KYC information or provides false business information.
b) Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice, subject to completion of any pending payouts
c) Wonderpay shall promptly notify the Merchant of such suspension or restriction, and may restore access once the underlying issue is resolved to Wonderpay’s satisfaction.
